Add a Contact
How to record the results of a contact that has been made -
When to Add a Contact:
After you have made any sort of a contact with a member or visitor that would be helpful for others to know about when they are ministering to this person…such as:
- Personal visit
- Phone call
- Email
- Card or letter
How to Add a Contact:
- Go to the Growth Tab on the record for the person who made the Contact
- Then click on the Contacts Tab
- Click Add New in the Contacts Given section
- Click OK in the dialog box to add a new Contact
- Click Edit to open the dialog box
- Select the appropriate drop downs and check boxes
- Enter any pertinent comments
- Click Update
- Click Add Contactee to select the person that received the Contact
- Use the Search dialog to find the person (see Search For and Add People for help)
