Add a Contact

How to record the results of a contact that has been made -

When to Add a Contact:

After you have made any sort of a contact with a member or visitor that would be helpful for others to know about when they are ministering to this person…such as:

  • Personal visit
  • Phone call
  • Email
  • Card or letter

How to Add a Contact:

  • Go to the Growth Tab on the record for the person who made the Contact
  • Then click on the Contacts Tab
  • Click Add New in the Contacts Given section
  • Click OK in the dialog box to add a new Contact
  • Click Edit to open the dialog box
  • Select the appropriate drop downs and check boxes
  • Enter any pertinent comments
  • Click Update
  • Click Add Contactee to select the person that  received the Contact
  • Use the Search dialog to find the person (see Search For and Add People for help)
