Try the Demo

Take it for a test-drive. You know you want to.

This is a fully functioning demo system complete with a populated database of sample data. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. But that's the point. It looks like a real church with real history (but the data is all randomly generated and made up of course).

You should watch the videos before you sign up for the demo.

Here are the instructions to receive access privileges:

  1. Fill out the form to the right and click on "register" to give us your contact information.
  2. You will receive a username and password in an email and your account will be active.
  3. You can access the demo at this link.
  4. Then if you're interested, check out our support plans and request a pricing sheet

In the meantime you can check out the videos below. These should give you a good idea of what the system is capable of.

  Date Length Description
Task Visit 4/21/09 5:44 Scenario: A minister on staff using bvcms to complete a ministry visit that has been assigned to him in a task by the Church Growth minister.
Overview 4/28/09 9:02 An overview of most of the pages of the system.
Tags 5/1/09 5:58 Karen shows us how tags are used in the system. They work kind of like a shopping cart for people!
Forms/Reports 5/6/09 5:56 Karen shows us a few forms, reports and exports in bvcms. These are PDF files and Excel exports that are designed to be printed or manipulated externally to bvcms.
Attendance Reports 5/10/09 6:14 Karen shows us a few things about attendance reports, email notices and meetings in bvcms.
Email 5/14/09 5:08 Karen shows how bvcms allows you to send emails to a group of people, but make it so it looks like it came just to the individual. The body text can be personalized. Assistants can email on behalf of other people. NOTE: This video demonstrates sending attachments. We now have you sending links. Please ignore that segment and instead look at this article about uploading links.
QueryBuilder 5/16/09 10:31 Karen shows how bvcms allows you to send emails to a group of people, but make it so it looks like it came just to the individual. The body text can be personalized. Assistants can email on behalf of other people. And you can upload links. Karen and I do a tag team video on how to use the bvcms QueryBuilder to construct a group of people we want to target for a Single parent's Bible study event. This one's a bit longer but we take it step by step and show you how you can build a complex query up by adding simple conditions one at a time. NOTE: The video displays adding attachments to emails. We handle that differently now. See the article about uploading links.
Small Groups 7/30/09 12:22 Karen and I demonstrate how Organizations can be divided up into small groups. This replaces what a lot of people were using personal/shared tags for, but it is a lot better since in this case, dropping a person from the organization roll will automatically remove them from the small group. Perfect for Care groups in a Bible Fellowship class, and for organizing your class or organization into sub-groups. Note: you need to be a member of a role called ManageGroups for this feature to show up. You may have to create the role too.

Intro and Scenario A
Scenario B
Scenario C
Scenario D
5/25/10 Various In the intro, Karen and I show the new features of the Touchscreen check-in system. We have been adding lots of new features. We show specifically the Registration Mode, but it is very similar to the Check-in Mode.

In Scenario B-C, Karen shows variations of having brand new visitors, family members, etc.
