Special Content
Under Admin-->Special Content you will find a number of public facing pages and emails that you can edit using an intuitive WYSIWYG editor.

| Header | What is displayed at the top of bvcms pages. (takes a few minutes for this to update the cache) |
| DefaultShell | Online Registrations use this HTML shell by default. |
| Welcome | Email body that is sent to a new user. |
| ContributionStatementHeader | Contribution Statement Header (example) |
| ContributionStatementNotice | Notice on right side of statement (example) |
| CreateAccountRegistration | The email sent when a person creates an account during an online registration or when creating an account using MyData. |
| ExistingAccountConfirmation | The email sent when a person clicks 'create account' and they already have an account. |
| NewUserEmail | The email sent when an Admin create a user account for an individual. |
| Welcome | This is the Welcome page which gives instructions to the new user about changing their password, etc. There is a link to this page in the New User email. |
To add a new page in Special Content:
- Click the link to view an existing page
- Highlight the name of the page in the URL
- Replace the old name with the new page name you are creating. Hit Enter to accept it.
- Enter the Title of the page - in this case New User Welcome
- Click Edit Content and enter the page contents
- Click Post when finished
