Selected Names
After you select a name or complete a new person form in the Search Add Dialog, you will see a dialog page like the following:
You can click one of the following:
- Commit and Add to add the person to the organization, family, etc.
- Add to Last Family to add a new person to this family
- Another Search to find other persons to add to the org, family, etc.
- remove to remove this person from the selection
Note: hover your mouse over the address to see more information about the person
You can continue adding people using Another Search or Add to Last Family to get multiple people in the selection list. Continue this until you have everyone you want to add to the organization, family, etc.
Note that until you click Commit and Add, no changes have been made to the database. Even the new people you may have added are not yet in the database.
