Roster Report
This report is generated from the Organization Search page for a group of organizations within a division, or for whatever group you have included in your filter. It was designed specifically for use in Vacation Bible School, because it has the allergy/medical information for each child. However, it is a good report to print for any organization or team that has children in it. A similiar report, but without the Church or Medical columns is the Class List.
The Roster Report contains the following information about the organization member:
- Name and ID #
- Contact Information

Church Information:
- Member Status - Member, Not Member, Pending Member
- Other church - Active in another church, Not active in another church
- This church - Family member is member here (this will display only if true)
- Member Type within the Organization
- Medical Information (as entered on registration forms or directly onto the person's record - Enrollment>Registration tab)
We included the contact information so that a teacher could address a postcard for a child who is absent. This report could be reprinted periodically and kept in a classroom.
Active in Another Church will display in the Church column if the person has checked that when they registered. Family member is member here information is based on what we have in BVCMS, not from a check box.
