Person Page Tabs
The People Page contains all the information pertaining to an individual in the database. There are several sections: the Business Card section; Family Members list; tabs; toolbar. Read more about options on a person's record.
Business Card
This displays the street address, email address, home phone number and picture. There are several inks:

Photo - click on photo to enlarge or to upload a photo

Address - links to Google Maps to display a map

Maps and Directions - links to Google and Bing Maps and Driving Directions to provide turn by turn driving directions from the church

Email address - opens a new mail message using your email program, such as Outlook

Other Management - links to Contributions for that person (must have Finance role to see this) and links to Move and Delete a Person (must have Admin role)
Toolbar
This displays when you are on the Basic tab - which is the first place you land when you access a person's record. The toolbar functions just like it does everywhere else you find it. You can send an Email, Export to Excel, run Reports or Labels, add to a Tag, and add a Contact or a Task.
Family Members
This displays a list of all the members in this immediate family with links to each family member. Clicking Family Members opens the Family Page which displays the members of the family, their position in the family, their ages and their member status. The Family Page also has section for Family Relations listing extended family members with their relationship to the family.
The Family Page is also where you can edit a person's Position in the family, split family members into new or existing families (in cases of marriage or divorce), add new family members, add related families.
Tabs
Basic:

Contact information - Home, Cell and Work Phone numbers

Personal information - Name (including Goes By name, Former name), Gender, School, Grade, Employer, Occupation, Campus, Member Status, Join Date, Spouse, Wedding Date, Birthday, Age, Deceased Date (displays in red type)
Addresses:

Options include Family address or Personal address

Resident Code - set as Metro, Marginal, Non-Resident based on zip list in settings

Address verification capability
Enrollment:
Opens the following tabs relating to enrollments and attendance in Organizations -

Current - with list of organizations in which the person is enrolled with links to the organizations and leaders, Member link to Member Dialog box which contains information about their membership in that organization, an attendance string, which is also a link to the attendance detail page as well as their Attendance Percentage, when applicable

Previous - same as current, but listing those organizations in which they were previously enrolled along with their Join and Drop dates

Pending - used during Promotion or when forming Committees as a 'staging area' for enrollments; also contains links to those organizations listed

Attendance History - a chronological list of each meeting the person has attended with links to both the specific meeting and the organizations. This grid also displays a column for the person's AttendType (Member, Leader, Offiste, In-Service, New Visitor, etc) as well as Other Attends (indicates if they attended another class or were off-site).

Registration - updated information from latest on-line registration or kiosk enrollment as well as a list of Previous Registrations
Member Profile:
Opens the following tabs relating to church membership -

Summary - Decision, Baptism, Join, Drop, Church Membership, New Member Class - with dates, types, status as well as the person's Contribution Statement type (Joint, Individual, None) and their Envelope Preference (Joint, Individual, None)

Notes - place to record church letter information - date requested, date received; text for notes related to church membership
Growth:
Opens the following tabs -

Entry - information captured when a person first has contact with your church, usually received when the person first visits the church and completes a visitor card

Contacts - a list (with links to the details) of contacts the person has received as well as contacts that person has made to others; Tasks that have been assigned about that person which will be completed with a contact; link to the person's Received Emails and Sent Emails.

Comments - text field to capture notes that come from visitor's cards

Volunteer - this shows the levels of approval for volunteer service as well as the approval date. There is a link for Volunteer Application Review (requires Application Review role to view) which opens a page with a text box for comments to track the application process as well as a feature for uploading scanned applications.
System:

Changes - a tracking of changes made to a person's basic information

Duplicates - will list any possible duplicate records

User - if the person is a BVCMS user, this will display the username, last activity and their assigned roles. This is where an administrator can manage their roles, change their password, unlock their account.
