You can now assign more than one Schedule to the same Organization. Each Schedule has not only a Day and Time associated with it, it also has something called an Attendance Credit. This ‘credit’ is set based on how often you expect a member of that Organization to attend a meeting. These features allow one Organization to have multiple meetings throughout the week or even on the same day.
How this is different: Prior to this option being available, if an Organization had multiple meetings each week, the system would calculate the members’ attendance percentage based on the expectation that they should attend every meeting. Also, you can now present multiple meetings on the same day in child checkin.
Example 1:
The Adult Choir might have the following 3 Schedules -

| Wed | 6:30 PM | Once/Week Group 1 | Rehearsal |
A choir member would be expected to attend the Sunday morning Worship Service, so that Schedule has an Attendance Credit of Every Meeting.
However, a choir member is only expected to attend one Rehearsal per week even though there are 2 Rehearsals scheduled. So the Rehearsal Schedules (Sun 4:30 PM; Wed 6:30 PM) have Attendance Credits of One/Week Group 1.
So, a choir member who attends every Sunday morning at 9:30 AM and every Wednesday at 6:30 PM would have a 100% attendance.
Example 2:
A Sunday morning 2 Year Old Nursery Organization might have the following 3 Schedules -

In this example, the church is offering 3 hours of Sunday School every Sunday morning for the 2 year olds. This allows you to enroll every 2 year old in the same Organization and let the parents determine on a weekly basis which hour they choose to attend. This works well for churches whose families do not come at the same time each week.
Notice that all 3 Schedules have the same Attendance Credit of Once/Week. This means that if a child comes to any one of the 3 Meetings each week, they would have a 100% attendance.
