Moving Organization Members

You can easily move a person from one Organization to another one.

  1. Click on the member link beside their name in the Organization (it is alos in the list of Organizations on the person's Enrollment Tab)
  2. Click the Move link in the Member Dialog box.
  3. Select the Organization into which you want to move the person
  4. You will see a prompt asking if you are sure
  5. Click OK…and it’s done! Remember, they will display as Previous Members of the original class.

NOTE: Moving a person in this manner actually 'transfers' their membership from one Organization to the other, which is a good way to move them. If you just add a person to an Organization using Checkin or on the Organization page, you must remember to remove them from the other Organization.
