Membership - New Member Class
All Decisions for Membership require New Member Class attendance

Schedule the New Member Class

Leave the Status as Pending
-
Pick the date (which will represent the date they plan to attend...i.e. when they are Scheduled to attend)

Click Save Changes

Record the New Member Class attendance after the person attends the New Member class:

Change the Status to Attended
-
Select the Date they actually attended the class
-
Click Save Changes

Note regarding scheduling

An organization with future meetings can be used to ‘build’ your classes if desired
-
This can also be done with an on-line registration so that a person selects the class they plan to attend

The roll sheet from the class can be used to record the New Member Class attendance on the person’s Membership Tab
