Using OrgSearch, you can select a group of organizations with the search criteria. Then export this to excel. The settings will be exported along with the name of the Organization and of course the Organization Id.
You can edit this Excel file, copy and paste the columns and update the organizations included using a batch update facility located at /Setup/Setting/BatchUpdateOrg. You can change the value in any of the following columns including the Name.
