If you ever need to add a group of people to the same Organization or remove (drop) a group from the same Organization. You can do this by adding the individuals to a tag and then adding from the tag to the Organization. Read about Managing Tags.
Adding Members to an Organization From a Tag:

Examples:
If you wanted to copy an organization and have all the same members in that new organization:
If you are working on a list of possible Deacons , Committee members, or other church leaders you can tag indivudlas as their name is propsed. You can work from the tag to add/remove until the list is completed, allowing you to have a degree of confidentiality until the prospective leaders have been fully vetted. At that point follow the simple directions above to add from tag to the appropriate Organization.
If you need to split one class into two classes based on the child's age, you can sort by Age on the Members tab of the Organization. Tag all of those who are the appropriate age for the new class. Then go to the new Organization and add from tag as above. Remember to drop the tagged group from the original Organiation after adding them to the new one.
Add Members from your Last Query using Add from a Tag:
This works just like above, except you select (last query) in the drop down list. This will add everyone who was included in the last query you ran. The query does not have to be a Saved Query - just the last one you ran.
